Transaction Documents

Transaction Documents. Means this Bridge Note, the Security Agreement and each UCC financing statement or notice of security interest filed in connection with the Security Agreement. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings given in the Security Agreement.

Transaction Documents. The final versions of all material agreements executed by Borrower and Investor in connection with the Proposed Transaction, in each case fully executed by duly authorized representatives of all of the parties thereto

Transaction Documents. Is defined in the second recital.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Security Agreement, the Convertible Notes, the Distribution Agreement and any other documents delivered by a party at the Closing.

Transaction Documents. Shall mean the Purchase Agreement, the Security Agreement, this Note and any other documents executed and delivered in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby. All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Purchase Agreement.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Release, and the Indemnification Agreement.

Transaction Documents. As that term is defined in the Substitution Agreement

Transaction Documents. Shall mean this Agreement, the Related Agreements, the Notes and the Warrants.
