Transaction Documents

Transaction Documents. This Agreement, the New Debentures and all "Transaction Documents" as defined in the January 2012 Purchase Agreement, all schedules and exhibits thereto and hereto and any other documents or agreements executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder.
