Transaction Documents

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Purchase Agreement and the Standstill Agreement.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Subscription Agreement, the Notes, and any document entered into, executed or delivered under or in connection with, or for the purpose of amending, the Notes.

Transaction Documents. Means, collectively, this Agreement, the Note(s), the Security Agreement, the Collateral Documents and any other document or instrument designated by the Company and Purchaser as a "Transaction Document".

Transaction Documents. This Agreement, the Notes, the Subordination Agreement, the Placement Agency Agreement and the Escrow Agreement.

Transaction Documents. Means, collectively, any Stock Purchase Agreement pursuant to which any share of Series II Preferred Stock is issued, and all other agreements, certificates and documents referenced therein or annexed thereto.

Transaction Documents. This Subscription Agreement, the Warrants and any other documents or agreements, including any appendices, exhibits or attachments thereto, executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder.

Means, collectively the Registration Rights Agreement, the Investment Agreement, the Commitment Fee Note, the July Note, the September Note, the Security Agreement, the Guaranty, the Warrants and all other agreements entered into between the Parties to the extent existing as of the Execution Date.
