Transaction Documents

Transaction Documents. Means, collectively, this Note, the Securities Purchase Agreement, the Warrant, and the other agreements and instruments entered into or delivered by any of the parties hereto in connection with the transactions contemplated by the SPA, as may be amended from time to time.

Transaction Documents. Means and includes the Note and all related documents executed in connection therewith, including, without limitation, any amendments to any of the foregoing.

Transaction Documents. Has the meaning given in the Note.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Convertible Note, and all appendices, exhibits and schedules hereto and thereto and any other documents or agreements executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Stockholders Agreement and any other agreement, deed of transfer or certificate entered into or delivered in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Transaction Documents. Means this Note, the Security Agreement, the Warrant (including the registration rights in Section 5 thereof) and the Guaranty Agreement.

Transaction Documents. Means this Note, all exhibits and schedules hereto and any other document, certificate or notice executed by the Company or the Holder in connection with the issuance of this Note.

Transaction Documents. Means, collectively, the SPA, the Note, the Guarantor Loan Documents, any Supplemental Loan Document, this Agreement or any other "Transaction Documents" as defined in the SPA.

Transaction Documents. Means, collectively, the SPA, the Note, any guaranty from any Guarantor, any Supplemental Loan Document, this Agreement or any other "Transaction Documents" as defined in the SPA, in each case as amended, supplemented, novated and/or replaced from time to time in accordance with the applicable terms thereof.

Transaction Documents. Means the agreements, instruments, certificates and other documents executed and delivered by any Party to another Party pursuant to this Agreement.
