Transaction Documents. This Agreement, the Investor Agreement, the Fee Letter, the Articles Supplementary, the disclosure letter, any schedules and exhibits attached hereto and any and all agreements, certificates, instruments and other documents of the Company required thereby or executed and delivered pursuant hereto
