Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, including the schedules and exhibits attached hereto, the Pre-Funded Warrants, the Common Warrants, the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions (as defined below) and any other documents or agreements executed and delivered to the Purchasers in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder.
