Transaction Documents

Transaction Documents. This Agreement, the Indenture and the Securities, collectively.

Transaction Documents. Shall mean this Note, any and all Tranche B Notes, the Purchase Agreement and the Guaranty.

Transaction Documents. Shall mean this Agreement, the Form of Note and the exhibits, schedules, appendices and any other documents or agreements executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder.

Transaction Documents. Means, collectively, this Agreement and the exhibits hereto, the Registration Rights Agreement and the schedules and exhibits thereto, and each of the other agreements, documents, certificates and instruments entered into or furnished by the parties hereto in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby.

Transaction Documents. Means the Subscription Agreement and each and every document ancillary thereto including but not limited to the Lockup Agreement and Form of Warrant.

Transaction Documents. Means the definitive documentation entered into in connection with a Sale of the Company.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Notes, the Warrants and the Subsidiary Guarantee.

Transaction Documents. Means this Warrant, the Amendment, the Registration Rights Agreement, the Debentures and any other document or agreements executed in connection with the transactions contemplated thereunder.

Transaction Documents. Shall mean each of the Promissory Notes, the Purchase Agreement, the Warrants, the Security and Pledge Agreement, the Subsidiary Security and Pledge Agreements, the Guaranties, the Registration Rights Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Management Rights Letter and any other instrument or agreement at any time delivered in connection with the foregoing to secure the Obligations.

Transaction Documents. Means the Existing Transaction Documents (as amended by this Agreement), this Agreement, the Amended and Restated Note (as defined below), the Warrant, and all other agreements, instruments and other documents executed and delivered by or on behalf of the Axis Entities or any of their officers in connection with this Agreement.
