Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the schedules to the Agreement and any other documents required to effect the Closing

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Debenture, the Escrow Agreement, the Make Good Escrow Agreement, the Pledge and Security Agreement, the Warrant and the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement and any other agreements, certificates, instruments, statements, schedules, exhibits or documents entered into or delivered pursuant to this Agreement.

Transaction Documents. The Deerfield Pegasus Fund Documents, the Registration Rights Agreement, any of the Warrants and any other document, instrument or certificate executed and delivered in connection with any of the foregoing or the consummation of the Transactions

The DLC GP Agreement, the Fund I LPA, the Subscription Agreement, this Agreement, the Advisory Agreement, the Consulting Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement, any of the Warrants and any other document, instrument or certificate executed and delivered in connection with any of the foregoing or the consummation of the Transactions

Transaction Documents. The Purchase Agreement, the Subscription Agreements or the Prior Agreements, as applicable, the Warrants or the Additional Warrants, as applicable, and this Agreement.
