Example Definitions of "Transaction Documents"
Transaction Documents. Means the Financing Agreement, any notes issued thereunder, any guarantees and security documents entered into in connection therewith, the Warrants, the Registration Rights Agreement, this Agreement, and any other agreement, instrument or other document executed and/or delivered from time to time in connection therewith, and including all amendments, restatements, supplements or other modifications thereof.
Transaction Documents. This Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement and the Warrants (collectively with all other documents, certificates or instruments executed and delivered to the Purchasers in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby).
Transaction Documents. Means, collectively, this Agreement, the Note and any other agreements, documents and instruments contemplated hereby or thereby.
Transaction Documents. Shall mean: (a) this Agreement; (b) the Bill of Sale; (c) the Assignment and Assumption Agreement; (d) the Trademark Assignment Agreement; (e) the Employment Agreements and (f) the Non-Competition Agreement.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Investor Rights and Conversion Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement; the Exhibit A Terms of the Series C Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock; the Warrant Agreement and the Director Designation Agreement;.

(i) all original APPLICATIONS and copies of all ADVERSE ACTION NOTICES and other documents relating to rejected APPLICATIONS; (ii) Automated Clearing House debit authorizations and disclosures, as permitted by applicable law, (iii) authorizations from each CUSTOMER to allow the BANK to grant COMPANY access to CUSTOMER INFORMATION, and (iv) originals or copies, as applicable, of all APPLICATIONS, NOTES, DISCLOSURES, REPAYMENT CHECKS and other documents provided to or received from CUSTOMERS
