Transaction Documents

Transaction Documents. Means, collectively, the Investors' Rights Agreement, the Certificate of Designations and the Warrant, including all Schedules and Exhibits thereto and all certificates, opinions and other documents delivered in connection therewith.

Transaction Documents. The Note, the security agreement executed by RXMD in favor of TCA, all other documents executed and entered into between TCA and RXMD, this Guaranty, the security agreement to be entered into between Guarantor and TCA to secure Guarantor's obligations hereunder, all other documents and instruments relating to any of the foregoing, and all extensions, renewals, replacements, future advances and amendments hereof and thereof.

Transaction Documents. Collectively, the Purchase Agreement, Voting Agreement and this Agreement.
