Transaction Documents. This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto and thereto

Transaction Documents. The meaning ascribed to it in the Investment Agreement

Transaction Documents. The Note, the security agreement executed by RXMD in favor of TCA, all other documents executed and entered into between TCA and RXMD, this Guaranty, the security agreement to be entered into between Guarantor and TCA to secure Guarantor's obligations hereunder, all other documents and instruments relating to any of the foregoing, and all extensions, renewals, replacements, future advances and amendments hereof and thereof.

Transaction Documents. Collectively, the Purchase Agreement, Voting Agreement and this Agreement.

Transaction Documents. This Agreement, the Warrants and all exhibits hereto and thereto, in each case that are executed and delivered to the Purchasers in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder

Transaction Documents. Shall mean this Agreement, the Warrants, the Placement Agent Warrants, and the Escrow Agreement.

Transaction Documents. Has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Omnibus Agreement (and shall include, for the avoidance of doubt, this Note, the Omnibus Agreement, each Loan Request, the Guaranty, and the Security Agreement).

Transaction Documents. Means the Financing Agreement, any notes issued thereunder, any guarantees and security documents entered into in connection therewith, the Warrants, the Registration Rights Agreement, this Agreement, and any other agreement, instrument or other document executed and/or delivered from time to time in connection therewith, and including all amendments, restatements, supplements or other modifications thereof.

Transaction Documents. This Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement and the Warrants (collectively with all other documents, certificates or instruments executed and delivered to the Purchasers in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby).

Transaction Documents. Means, collectively, this Agreement, the Note and any other agreements, documents and instruments contemplated hereby or thereby.
