Transaction Documents. This Agreement and any and all other agreements or instruments provided for in this Agreement to be executed and delivered by the Parties in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Debenture, the Company Representation Letter and the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Securities Purchase Agreement, the Series E Warrants, the Initial Purchase Agreement, the Exchange Agreement, the Exchange Warrants, the Unexchanged Warrants, and all exhibits and schedules thereto and hereto and any other documents or agreement executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder or thereunder, as applicable.

Transaction Documents. Shall mean this Agreement, the Subscription Agreements, the Warrant, the Registration Rights Agreement and all other documents, certificates and instruments executed and delivered at any Closing.

Transaction Documents. Shall mean this Agreement, the Promissory Notes and the Investor Warrant.

Transaction Documents. Has the meaning provided for in the SPA, provided, however, for purposes of this Agreement, upon the indefeasible repayment in full, in cash, of the Note and all obligations owing thereunder, such term shall thereafter not include the Warrant.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Note Redemption Agreement, the Certificate of Designation and any other agreements or documents entered into in connection herewith or therewith.
