UCC

UCC. All terms not defined in the Credit Agreement that are defined in the UCC and used herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the UCC.

UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time-to-time in the State of Florida and State of Nevada

UCC. Shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of Maryland from time to time

UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of Florida.

UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of Illinois, interpreted to the broadest extent possible.

UCC. UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of Illinois on the date of this Security Agreement, as it may be amended or modified from time to time, as interpreted to the broadest extent possible

UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of North Carolina and/or any other jurisdiction the laws of which may be applicable to or in connection with the creation, perfection or priority of any Lien on any Collateral

UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code, as it may be amended from time to time, in effect in the State of New York.

UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code, as in effect from time to time, of the State of Ohio or of any other state the laws of which are required as a result thereof to be applied in connection with the issue of perfection of security interests; provided, that to the extent that the UCC is used to define any term herein or in any other documents and such term is defined differently in different Articles or Divisions of the UCC, the definition of such term contained in Article or Division 9 shall govern.

UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code, as adopted in Texas.
