Example Definitions of "UCC"
UCC. The term "UCC" shall mean the California Uniform Commercial Code, as amended from time to time.
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted and in effect in New York from time to time.
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the State of Iowa or, to the extent required by Applicable Law, the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the State whose laws govern the validity, interpretation or performance of this Agreement.
