UCC
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code, as in effect from time to time in any applicable jurisdiction.
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York and or any other applicable law of any state or states which has jurisdiction with respect to all, or any portion of, the Collateral or this Agreement, from time to time.
