UCC

Example Definitions of "UCC"
UCC. The term "UCC" shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the applicable jurisdiction.
UCC. (a) generally, and with respect to the definitions above, the Uniform Commercial Code, as adopted in the State of New York, as amended from time to time, and (b) with respect to rights in states other than the State of New York, the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in the applicable state, as amended from time to time
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code as adopted and applied in any applicable jurisdiction, including without limitation Company's jurisdiction of formation
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code, as currently in effect in the State of Delaware.
