Example Definitions of "UCC"
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in the State of New York and any other state, which governs creation or perfection (and the effect thereof) of security interests in any Collateral.
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code, as currently in effect in the State of Georgia.
UCC. The meaning provided thereto in the Credit Agreement.
UCC. The Florida Uniform Commercial Code as set forth in Chapters 671 through 680, Florida Statutes, as the same may be amended from time to time.
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect at any time in the State of Maryland
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code, as adopted and enacted and as in effect from time to time in the State of Ohio. Terms used herein which are defined in the UCC and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in the UCC.

UCC. With respect to each Premises, the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the state in which such Premises is located.
