UCC

UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in the State of Minnesota.

UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the State of New York, as amended from time to time.

UCC. Shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in the State of Illinois, as amended or recodified.

UCC. UCC. All terms not defined in the Credit Agreement that are defined in the UCC and used herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the UCC.
