Example Definitions of "Unit"
Unit. A unit consisting of the Notes, 250,000 shares of EdgePoint Common Stock, the Company Warrants and the EdgePoint Warrants.
Unit. A vested or nonvested future right to share in the increase the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock as may be granted under this Plan which may entitle a Participant to receive a Unit Appreciation Payment as more specifically provided in Section 8
