Vesting Date

Vesting Date. The date on which all or a portion of a Director's Premium Stock Units become nonforfeitable.

Vesting Date. Means either (a) December 31 of a Performance Period on which Performance Shares may be earned subject to the satisfaction of the Minimum Price Condition and upon the attainment of applicable Absolute TSR Thresholds or Relative TSR Thresholds, or (b) the date during a Performance Period on which all Performance Shares vest pursuant to Sections 4(a), (b) or (c).

Vesting Date. The date on which the Long-Term Cash Incentive Award awarded to a Participant, subject to the achievement of Performance Measures during the Performance Period, shall be earned and vest, as set forth in the Agreement

Vesting Date. January 31 immediately following the end of the LTIP Cycle. For example, January 31, 2015 is the Vesting Date for the 2012 LTIP Cycle if that cycle is three Plan Years.

Vesting Date. An anniversary of the Grant Date, or such other date as shall be established by the Administrator.

Vesting Date. The meaning set forth in the applicable Term Sheet with respect to the specified Fiscal Year's deferral.

Vesting Date. Date an Option becomes exercisable

Vesting Date. March 31, 2015 (or the effective date of any earlier Change in Control).

Vesting Date. Earlier of December 31, 2003 or the date of the Participant's death.

Vesting Date. Each of the following three dates: (i) May 22, 2002; (ii) May 22, 2003; and (iii) May 22, 2004
