Example Definitions of "Vesting Date"
Vesting Date. The date on which all or a portion of a Director's Premium Stock Units become nonforfeitable.
Vesting Date. Means either (a) December 31 of a Performance Period on which Performance Shares may be earned subject to the satisfaction of the Minimum Price Condition and upon the attainment of applicable Absolute TSR Thresholds or Relative TSR Thresholds, or (b) the date during a Performance Period on which all Performance Shares vest pursuant to Sections 4(a), (b) or (c).
Vesting Date. The date on which the Long-Term Cash Incentive Award awarded to a Participant, subject to the achievement of Performance Measures during the Performance Period, shall be earned and vest, as set forth in the Agreement
