Vesting Date

Vesting Date. Earlier of May 22, 2004 or the date of the Participant's death.

Vesting Date. August 6, 2006, the date your right to Units vested as a result of the Committee's determination that CIGNA had met certain performance goals that would cause the Units to vest. Such performance goals were approved by the Committee when the Units were granted

Vesting Date. The date established by the Committee on which Restricted Stock may vest

Vesting Date. Shall mean, with respect to any Warrant Share, the date on which this Warrant becomes immediately exercisable for such Warrant Share in accordance with the Vesting Schedule.

Vesting Date. Means any date on which your rights with respect to all or a portion of the Restricted Shares subject to this Award Agreement may become fully vested, and the restrictions set forth in this Award Agreement may lapse, as provided in Section 3(a) of this Award Agreement.

Vesting Date. The second anniversary of the Date of Grant

Vesting Date. The date on which the Committee determines the TSR or Relative TSR.

Vesting Date. Means the date on which the Participant vests in the Restricted Stock pursuant to Paragraph 4.

Vesting Date. Means the second anniversary of the IPO Date.

Vesting Date. Means the relevant date on which the restrictions set forth in Section 3 lapse with respect to the Common Shares and related dividends subject to this Share Award
