Vesting Date

Vesting Date. With respect to a PSU, the date on which the PSU is earned and becomes vested in accordance with Section 4 above.

Vesting Date. Means any date on which an RSU vests (with respect to both time-vesting and performance-vesting conditions) and ceases to be subject to the Restrictions.

Vesting Date. Means (A) any one of the dates specified in Section 3(b), as applicable or (B) the date upon which a Change of Control shall occur

Vesting Date. The vesting date set forth in the Notice of Grant of Performance Stock Units.

Vesting Date. The date on which the Performance Period ends as set forth in Schedule A to this Agreement.

Vesting Date. The earliest of: (a) the first anniversary of the Grant Date (or if earlier, the date of the Corporation's first regular annual meeting of stockholders held after the Grant Date), (b) the termination of the Participant's service as a director of the Corporation by reason of death or permanent disability or (c) the occurrence of a Change in Control (without regard to whether such event constitutes a Section 409A Change in Control Event)

Vesting Date. The Grant Date

Vesting Date. The earlier of (i) a Participant's Separation from Service that is other than a Removal for Cause or (ii) the one-year anniversary of the Grant Date, or such other date as specified by the Board

Vesting Date. Means, with respect to any Restricted Stock Unit, the date upon which the applicable vesting conditions set forth in a Participant's Restricted Stock Unit Agreement are satisfied.

Vesting Date. The date established by the Committee on which an award, such as a share of a Restricted Stock Award, may vest.
