Voting Securities

Voting Securities. The outstanding capital stock having the right to vote in an election of the Board of Directors.

Voting Securities. Means securities of Indemnitee which vote generally in the election of directors.

Voting Securities. Shall mean the Company Shares and any other securities of the Company entitled to vote in the election of directors.

Voting Securities. Securities of a Person entitling the holder thereof to vote in the election of the members of the board of directors of such person or such governing body of such Person performing a similar principal governing function with respect to such Person.

Means the ordinary shares and any other class of shares issued by the Company that entitles the record holder thereof to vote on any matter submitted for consent or approval of members generally under the Memorandum and Articles of Association. For the avoidance of doubt, as set forth in the applicable Issued Preferred Shares Designation (as defined in the Memorandum and Articles of Association), the Series A Preferred Shares, the Series B Preferred Shares and the Series C Preferred Shares... Voting Securities. Means the securities entitled to vote generally in the election of directors or persons who serve similar functions.

Voting Securities. Any securities or other ownership interests of an entity entitled to vote on the election of directors.

Voting Securities. Voting Securities.
