Voting Securities

Voting Securities. Means securities of all classes of a Person entitling the holders thereof to vote on a regular basis in the election of members of the board of directors or other governing body of such Person.

Voting Securities. Voting Securities. Voting Securities. "Voting Securities" shall mean any securities of the Corporation or other specified entity, as applicable, that vote generally in the election of directors.

Voting Securities. Means any securities which carry the right to vote generally in the election of directors.
