Affiliates

Affiliates. A company or other entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with the relevant party, where control shall mean direct or indirect control by ownership or otherwise of more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding voting shares or similar measure of control

Affiliates. Means any parent corporation of the Company and any subsidiary of the Company within the meaning of Code Sections 424(e) and (f), respectively, and any entity which directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company.

Affiliates. Shall have the meaning as defined in Rule 12b-2 promulgated under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Affiliates. Any company controlling, controlled by, or under common control with a Party, with control meaning directly or indirectly owning or controlling at least fifty percent (50%) of such companies voting stock, or possessing the power to direct or cause the direction of its management and policies.

Affiliates. With respect to an entity, any entity that Controls, is Controlled by, or is under common Control with, that entity, and shall include Subsidiaries.

Affiliates. Means any of the Company's subsidiaries or joint ventures currently existing or which shall be established during Executive's employment by the Company.

Affiliates. Means any corporation, partnership, joint venture, or other entity during any period in which the Company owns, directly or indirectly, at least twenty percent (20%) of the equity, voting or profits interest, and any other business venture that the Committee designates in which the Company has a significant interest, as the Committee determines in its discretion.
