Affiliates

Affiliates. Means, with respect to any entity, any other entity directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by, or under common control with, such entity. For the purposes of this definition, an entity shall control another entity if the first entity: (i) owns, beneficially or of record, more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting securities of the other entity; or (ii) has the ability to elect a majority of the directors of the other entity.

Affiliates. Any of the entities that control, are controlled by or are under common control with such party. For purposes of this definition, "control" shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly, of a majority of the voting power of such entity (whether through ownership of securities or partnership or other ownership interests, by contact or otherwise.

Affiliates. Affiliates. Any owner or subsidiary of Licensee or any person or entity, domestic or abroad, directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with Licensee or Licensee's owner. Affiliates.
