Affiliates

Affiliates. Has the meaning set forth in Rule 12b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Affiliates. Parent, subsidiaries and any other companies under common control with Company.

Affiliates. Means for either Manufacturer or Buyer, its direct or indirect subsidiary companies, parent or affiliated companies based both in and outside the United States. For the avoidance of doubt, Manufacturer and its subsidiaries, on the one hand, and Buyer and its subsidiaries, on the other hand, shall not be considered Affiliates.

Affiliates. All entities within the controlled group that includes the Company, as defined in Code Sections 414(b) and 414(c) and the regulations thereunder, provided that the language "at least 50 percent" shall be used instead of "at least 80 percent" each place it appears in such definition.

Affiliates. Means the Principal Subsidiaries and all other persons and entities controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Company, where control may be by management authority or equity interest.

Affiliates. Persons or entities that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, control or are controlled by, or are under common control with, Tenet Healthcare Corporation, as to Seller, and Amedisys, Inc., as to Purchaser, and as such term is defined under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

Affiliates. Affiliates. As used with respect to a Party, any corporation or entity worldwide that Controls such Party, that such Party Controls, or that is under common Control with such Party

Affiliates. Means, as to any party, any corporation or business entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with such party. For this purpose, control shall mean direct or indirect beneficial ownership of at least fifty percent (50%) of the voting stock or income interest in such corporation or other business entity, or such other relationship as, in fact, constitutes actual control.

Affiliates. Any company, partnership, venture, or other organization that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Company.
