Affiliates

Affiliates. Means (a) Merasoft LLC, a Utah limited liability company; (b) Scrub Oak Ltd., a Utah limited partnership; (c) Aspen Investments Ltd., a Utah limited partnership, and (d) any other affiliated entity other than Nu Skin Enterprises and its subsidiaries.

Affiliates. Shall mean any person that is an "affiliate" as defined in Rule 12b-2 of the General Rules and Regulations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, but with respect to Safeguard, neither the Corporation nor any of its directors and officers, in such capacities, shall be considered affiliates of Safeguard hereunder.

Affiliates. Means all persons and entities directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with either or both of Nortek, Inc. and Nortek Holdings, Inc., where control may be by management authority or equity interest.

Affiliates. Means such of the affiliates of the Company as the Plan Administrator, in its sole and absolute discretion, may determine.

Affiliates. Shall have the meaning given such term in Exhibit A to the Purchase Agreement.

Affiliates. Means, with respect to a particular party, Persons controlling, controlled by or under common control with that party, as well as the officers, directors and majority-owned Persons of that party and of its other Affiliates. For purposes of the foregoing, ownership, directly or indirectly, of twenty percent (20%) or more of the voting stock or other equity interest of a person shall be deemed to constitute control.

Affiliates. Means, with respect to any person, any other person controlling, controlled by or under common control with, or the parents, spouse, lineal descendants or beneficiaries of, such person.

Affiliates. Means any Person controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, the Person in question.

Affiliates. Means any entity which is (a) directly or indirectly controlled by or is under common control with Deel Inc., (b) operating with Deel Group under a separate written agreement, or (c) incorporated by the Customer on the Deel Platform as a Customer Affiliate, upon approval by Deel Group following the necessary checks.

Affiliates. Means the parent company of a party hereto or a company controlled by or under common control as such party.
