Area

Area. The lands covered by the sketch attached as Schedule 1(b) and is also called the Hackberry Creek Project by the parties.

Area. The geographic area within a fifty (50) mile radius of any office or branch of the Bank

Area. Means research and development of synthetic processes, procedures or protocols for synthesis and purification of compounds, generation of Virtual Libraries and the production and purification of Tangible Libraries as specified in the Project Plan or by Request for Services forms.

Area. The geographic area within a twenty (20) mile radius of any branch location or other office of the Bank. It is the express intent of the parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where the Executive performs services on behalf of the Bank under this Agreement.

Area. Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and West Virginia.

Area. A fifty-mile radius of any address set forth in Exhibit A.

Area. The geographic area encompassed by a twenty-five (25) mile radius of the principal office of the Bank located at 3530 Wheeler Road, Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia 30909. It is the express intent of the parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where the Executive performs services on behalf of the Bank under this Agreement.

Area. During the Term, a radius of twenty (20) miles from each banking office maintained by the Employer and its Affiliates from time to time during the Term and, following the period of employment, a radius of twenty (20) miles from each banking office maintained by the Employer and its Affiliates as of the last day of the Term.

Area. A radius of twenty-five (25) miles or, at the election of Park Sterling upon written notice to the Executive, a radius of fifteen (15) miles, from each office maintained by Park Sterling at the time a breach of Section 6 of the Agreement is alleged by Park Sterling, provided, that the preceding shall not apply to an office first established by Park Sterling after the end of the Term.
