Area

Area. The geographic area within a radius of 20 miles of any office or facility maintained by the Employer from time to time. It is the express intent of the parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where the Executive performs or performed services on behalf of the Employer under this Agreement as of, or within a reasonable time prior to, the termination of the Executive's employment hereunder

Area. The geographic area within a radius of 25 miles of Employer's corporate headquarters. It is the express intent of the parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where the Employee performs or performed services on behalf of the Employer under this Agreement as of, or within a reasonable time prior to, the termination of the Employee's employment hereunder

Area. Any county where the Bank has an office during the Term and each contiguous county thereto other than Davidson County, Tennessee. It is the express intent of the parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where the Executive performs services on behalf of the Employer under this Agreement

Area. The geographic area within a radius of 20 miles of any office or facility maintained by the Employer from time to time during the Term (as defined below)

Area. The geographic area within a twenty (20) mile radius of any branch location or other office of the Company. It is the express intent of the parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where Tallent performs services on behalf of the Company under this Transition Agreement.

Area. Any county in which the Bank maintains an office or has pending an application for regulatory approval to open an office.

Area. Any state within the United States in which the Company did business within the final two (2) years of Executive's employment with the Company and its Affiliates

Area. (1) Leon County, Florida; (2) Chatham and Thomas Counties, Georgia; and (3) and in any other county located in Florida, Georgia or other State where the Employer then maintains a branch or loan production office as of the Determination Date.

Area. The geographic areas encompassed by a fifty (50) mile radius from the Bank's corporate office and each branch office, it being the express intent of the parties that the Area as defined herein is the area where the Executive performs services on behalf of the Employer under this Agreement.
