Award Agreement. A written agreement or instrument between the Company and a Participant evidencing an Award

Award Agreement. A Restricted Share Purchase Agreement and/or Option Agreement

Award Agreement. Any written agreement, notice, program and/or similar document evidencing the terms of an Award granted under the Plan.

Award Agreement. A written agreement or notification setting forth the terms and conditions applicable to an Award

Award Agreement. A written agreement that sets forth all terms and conditions of an award of Phantom Units in addition to those set forth herein.

Award Agreement. The written or electronic agreement pursuant to which an Award is issued to a Participant under the Plan, as determined by the Administrator.

Award Agreement. The written or electronic agreement, notice or other document containing the terms and conditions applicable to each Award granted under the Plan, including all amendments thereto. An Award Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan

Award Agreement. A written or electronic agreement setting forth the terms and provisions applicable to an Award granted under the Plan. Each Award Agreement may contain terms and conditions in addition to those set forth in the Plan; provided, however, in the event of any conflict in the terms of the Plan and the Award Agreement, the terms of the Plan shall govern.

Award Agreement. A written document (which may be in electronic form), the form(s) of which shall be approved from time to time by the Administrator, reflecting the terms of an Award granted under the Plan including any documents attached to or incorporated into or attached to such Award Agreement.

Award Agreement. A written agreement evidencing an Award, which may be electronic, that contains terms and conditions determined by the Committee, consistent with and subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan. An Award Agreement may be a unilateral agreement, if determined by the Committee.
