Example Definitions of "Bankruptcy Code"
Bankruptcy Code. The United States Federal Bankruptcy Code of 1978, as amended or supplemented (as now or hereafter in effect)
Bankruptcy Code. Title 11 of the United States Code, as now or hereafter in effect, or any successor thereto.
Bankruptcy Code. Title 11, United States Code, as amended from time to time, and any successor statute thereto.
