Bankruptcy Code

Bankruptcy Code. The United States Federal Bankruptcy Code of 1978, as amended or supplemented (as now or hereafter in effect)

Bankruptcy Code. Title 11 of the United States Code, as now or hereafter in effect, or any successor thereto.

Bankruptcy Code. Title 11, United States Code, as amended from time to time, and any successor statute thereto. For purposes of this Agreement, "Bankruptcy Code" also means the equivalent, similar or analogous statute, regulations and other laws of Canada and each relevant province thereof (including, without limitation, the laws of British Columbia), as the same may be applicable, and any successor statute, regulation or law thereon.

Bankruptcy Code. The United States Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. ), as amended, and any successor or similar foreign statute or law pertaining to the relief of debtors
