Bankruptcy Code. Title 11 of the United States Code, as now or hereafter amended
Bankruptcy Code. The United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. Sections 101, et. seq.
Bankruptcy Code. Has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereof.
