Example Definitions of "Bankruptcy Code"
Bankruptcy Code. Means the United States Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. ss. 101 et seq.).
Bankruptcy Code. The term "Bankruptcy Code" shall mean the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, as amended, and codified as 11 U.S.C. ss. 101 et. seq.
Bankruptcy Code. Bankruptcy Code" means Title 11 of the United States Code, as --------------- amended and in effect from time to time."
