Bankruptcy Code

Example Definitions of "Bankruptcy Code"
Bankruptcy Code. Means the United States Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. ss. 101 et seq.) or the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada), the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada) or the Winding-Up Act (Canada) or any other applicable bankruptcy or insolvency law or any rule or regulations promulgated thereunder.
Bankruptcy Code. Has the meaning set forth in the preface above.
Bankruptcy Code. Chapter 11 of Title I of the United States Code (11 U.S.C.ss.101 et seq.).
Bankruptcy Code. Shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 5(r).
Bankruptcy Code. Shall mean the United States Bankruptcy Code, as amended, 11 U.S.C. Section 101, et seq. as amended from time to time, and any successor act thereto.
