Bankruptcy Code

Bankruptcy Code. Means Title 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.

Bankruptcy Code. Means the United States Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, as amended, 11 U.S.C. Section 101, et seq.

Section references to current sections of the applicable Bankruptcy Code shall refer to comparable sections of any revised version thereof if section numbering is changed.
