Change in Control Period. The period beginning on the date of a Change in Control and ending on the 12 month anniversary of the date of the Change in Control.
Change in Control Period. The time period beginning on the date on which a Change in Control becomes effective and ending on the first anniversary of the effective date of such Change in Control (except as otherwise set forth in a Participation Agreement)

Change in Control Period. Means the period of time commencing sixty (60) days prior to a Change in Control and ending on the first anniversary of the Change in Control.
