Committee

Example Definitions of "Committee"
Committee. Shall mean the Compensation Committee of the Board or such other committee of at least three directors as may be appointed by the Board from time to time to serve at the pleasure of the Board.
Committee. Compensation Committee of the Board appointed pursuant to the By-laws of the Company
Committee. The Board or a committee named by the Board.
Committee. The Board or a committee of the Board then responsible for administration of the Plan at the relevant time
Committee. The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, or two or more non-employee directors of the Company designated by the Board to administer this Agreement.
Committee. The committee that may be established by the Board to administer the Plan, the composition of which shall at all times consist of outside directors within the meaning of section 162(m) of the Code
Committee. Means a committee of Directors appointed by the Board pursuant to Section 5.2(e) of the Operating Agreement.
Committee. Means the committee established by the Board pursuant to Section 15 to administer the Plan or, with respect to the administration of Section 10, the Board. If no committee has been established by the Board to administer the Plan pursuant to Section 15, "Committee" means the Board.
Committee. The committee designated by the Board to administer the Plan and chosen from those of its members, or, in the absence of any such Committee, the Board.
Committee. Shall mean the Board, or such committee as may be established by the Board to act as the administrative committee with respect to the Plan
