Example Definitions of "Committee"
Committee. The Board or, if the Board so determines, a committee appointed by the Board to administer the Plan
Committee. A committee of two or more directors designated by the Board to administer this Policy
Committee. The "Committee" shall mean the Compensation Committee of the Board or another committee appointed by the Board to administer and fulfill its duties under the Plan.
Committee. The Administrative Committee of the Waste Management Employee Benefit Plans appointed by the Board to administer the Plan as described in Section 4 below
