Compensation

Compensation. Unless otherwise determined by the Committee, a Participant's cash earnings, including base salary, wages, bonuses, commissions and other forms of incentive compensation (but excluding gifts, prizes, awards, relocation payments, severance, tips, gratuities, or similar elements of compensation), determined as of the date of the Contribution or such other date or dates as may be determined by the Committee. Compensation. The amount of base pay, plus incentive pay, and commissions

Compensation. All base straight time gross earnings including payments for shift premium, commissions and overtime, incentive compensation, incentive payments, regular bonuses and other compensation.

Compensation. Includes an Eligible Employee's base straight time gross earnings and commissions (to the extent such commissions are an integral, recurring part of compensation) and performance-based incentive bonuses, but excludes payments for sign-on or hire, long-term or multi-year, and retention incentive compensation or bonuses, payments for overtime and shift premium, equity compensation income and other similar compensation

Compensation. Shall mean an Employee's base pay exclusive of variable compensation, subject to the Company's discretion to permit inclusion of any form or forms of variable compensation on a uniform, nondiscriminatory, and prospective basis

Compensation. Executive's then current annualized base salary together with any cash incentive compensation opportunity.
