Competing Business

Competing Business. Any corporation, partnership, person, or other entity that is researching, developing, manufacturing, marketing, distributing, or selling any product, service, or technology that is competitive with the Company's Business as that term is defined below.

Competing Business. Any business or venture located anywhere in the world that is engaged in any business activities to the extent Vishay or any subsidiary or affiliate of Vishay is engaged in such activities or has significant plans to enter into such activities on the Date of Termination.

Competing Business. Any Person (and any branches, offices or operations thereof) that is a material and direct competitor of McDonald's in any country in the world or in any state of the United States by virtue of selling, manufacturing, processing or promoting any product that is substantially similar to, competes with, or is intended to compete with, replace, or duplicate in the market any product that was sold or under development by McDonald's during the five years (or shorter period of the Executive's... employment with the Company) preceding the date of execution of this Agreement or with respect to which the Executive has had specific knowledge and involvement. Competing Business. A person or entity engaged in (i) leasing, acquiring, exploring, producing, gathering or marketing coal bed methane and related products; or (ii) such other business activities as the Company or an Affiliate may engage in, prepare to engage in, or investigate becoming engaged in during the 12-month period before the date of Executive's termination of employment and about which Executive had Confidential Information.

Competing Business. Means the following entities: Morgan Corp/JB Poindexter, Utilimaster/Spartan Motors, ABC/Reading Bodies, Knapheide, Kidron, Forest River, Thor Industries, Turtle Top, Cambli, Lenco, Streit and TAG (The Armored Group).

Competing Business. A company or business which is engaged, or intends to engage in the manufacture, distribution, sale or marketing of any products which compete directly with the products of the Company or any of its Affiliates

Competing Business. Means any financial institution whose deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (including without limitation, any start-up or other such financial institution in formation) or holding company thereof that competes or will compete within the Covered Area with the Combined Entity or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates; provided, however, that the Director's being an owner, director and officer of Centrum Financial Services, Inc., doing business as Equity Funding... ("Equity Funding"), shall not be deemed to be a Competing Business for purposes of this Agreement. View More

Competing Business. Means any financial institution whose deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (including without limitation, any start-up or other such financial institution in formation) or holding company thereof that competes or will compete within the Covered Area with the Combined Entity or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

Competing Business. Any individual, business, firm, company, partnership, joint venture, organization, or other entity that is engaged in the production or sale of fish meal, fish oil (refined or unrefined) or fish solubles.

Competing Business. Any individual, business, firm, company, partnership, joint venture, organization, or other entity that is engaged in the business of the Company, as presently or from time to time during the Executive's period of employment conducted, including without limitation, the production or sale of (i) fish meal, fish oil (refined or unrefined) or fish solubles or (ii) dietary supplement ingredients.
