Example Definitions of "Competing Business"
Competing Business. Any business that, in whole or in part, is the same or substantially the same as the Business.
Competing Business. Business that sells (i) O&G Products and Services to companies engaged in the oil and gas industry (but excluding their Affiliates or business units, as applicable, that are not engaged) for use in the O&G Activities or (ii) the O&G Products and Services listed on Schedule B.

Competing Business. Means any business that is, as of the Closing Date, (i) competitive with the business operated by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries within the Territory, or (ii) demonstrably anticipated to be operated by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries within the Territory within twelve (12) months of the Closing Date.
