Example Definitions of "Competing Business"
Competing Business. Any entity (other than the Bank or its Affiliates) that is conducting any business that is the same or substantially the same as any Business of the Bank.
Competing Business. Any person, concern or entity which is engaged in or conducts a business substantially the same as the Company Business or any segment thereof.
Competing Business. Means a business or enterprise (other than the Company and its direct or indirect Subsidiaries) that is engaged in the housekeeping, laundry, linen, and/or dietary services business, in any form whatsoever, which services healthcare and/or healthcare-related institutions in the continental United States or Canada.
