Competing Business. Any person or entity that engages in a commercial business that is the same or substantially similar to the Company Business
Competing Business. Competing Business. Any corporation, partnership, person, or other entity that is primarily engaged in researching, developing manufacturing, marketing, distributing, or selling any product, service, or technology that is competitive with any part of the Company's business. For the avoidance of doubt, any with less than 20% of its total revenue derived from these activities, is not a Competing Business.
