Corporate Status

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was a director of the Company in his or her official capacity as such or as agent or fiduciary of the Company related to such status as a director (but not as an officer or employee), or as a director, agent or fiduciary of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that such person is or was serving at the express written request of the Company.

Corporate Status.
