Corporate Status

Corporate Status. The status of a person who is or was or has agreed to become, a director of the Corporation or who, while a director of the Corporation, is or was serving at the Corporation's request as a director, officer, fiduciary, partner, employee, trustee or agent of, or in a similar capacity with, another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other entity ('Other Organizations'). Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was at any time (including, without limitation, any time prior to the date of this Agreement) a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the Company or of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that such person is or was serving at the express written request of the Company.
