Corporate Status

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was a director, officer, trustee, partner, manager, managing member, general partner, fiduciary, employee or agent of the Company or the Partnership or of any other corporation, limited liability company, limited or general partnership or joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise which such person is or was serving at the request of the Company.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the Company and/or Holdings, any direct or indirect subsidiary of the Company and/or Holdings, or of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that such person is or was serving at the request of the Company and/or Holdings.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the Company or of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that such person is or was serving at the request of the Company, including on or prior to the date of this Agreement.

Corporate Status. The status of a person in his or her capacity as a director or officer of any of the Clear Channel Companies (including, without limitation, one who serves at the request of any of the Clear Channel Companies as a director, officer, employee, fiduciary or agent of any Clear Channel Entity).

Corporate Status. Means the status of a person who is or was a director, officer, employee, fiduciary or agent of the Company or of any other entity including, but not limited to, another corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that such person is or was serving at the request of the Company.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person in his or her capacity as a director or officer of CCO (including, without limitation, one who serves at the request of CCO as a director, officer, employee, fiduciary or agent of any Outdoor Entity).

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was a director (or a person entitled to designate a director), officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the Company or of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that such person is or was serving at the express written request of the Company.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is serving or has served (i) as employee and officer of the Company in the role of Chief Financial Officer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, (ii) in any capacity with respect to any employee benefit plan of the Company, or (iii) as a director, partner, trustee, officer, employee, or agent of any other Entity at the request of the Company. Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is serving or has served (i) as a consultant to the Company in the role of principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, (ii) in any capacity with respect to any employee benefit plan of the Company, or (iii) as a director, partner, trustee, officer, employee, or agent of any other Entity at the request of the Company.

Corporate Status. Shall mean the status of a person who is or was a member of the [Management Board][Supervisory Board] of, or performs other policy making functions for, the Company, or is or was serving, or has agreed to serve, at the request of the Company or as a director, officer, partner, trustee, member, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, limited liability company or other enterprise.
