Corporate Status

Corporate Status. The capacity of the Executive Director with respect to the Company and the services performed by the Executive Director in that capacity;

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was director, officer, employee or agent of the Company or is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise, including service with respect to employee benefit plans.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the applicable Company or of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that such person is or was serving at the express written request of the applicable Company.
