Corporate Status

Corporate Status. Describes the status of an individual who is or was a Director (including corresponding service as an Officer) of the Company or a director, officer, partner, trustee, employee or agent of any other Person at the request of the Company. A Director is considered to be serving as a trustee of an employee benefit plan at the Company's request if such director's duties to the Company also impose duties on, or otherwise involve services by, such director to the participants in or beneficiaries of... the plan. Corporate Status. A person who is or was serving as a director, officer, employee or agent of the Company or, at the request of the Company, as a director, officer, employee or agent of any other Enterprise.

Corporate Status. Describes the capacity of the Director with respect to the Company and the services performed by the Director in that capacity.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was a director of the Company in his or her official capacity (i) as a director of the Company or (ii) as agent or fiduciary of the Company or as a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of any other Enterprise that such person is or was serving at the express written request of the Company, in each of the foregoing cases, related to such status as a director (but not as an officer or employee) of the Company.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person or entity who is or was a director, officer, stockholder, employee, agent, consultant, or fiduciary of the Company or of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other Enterprise which such person is or was serving at the request of the Company.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person by reason of such person's past, present or future service as a director, officer, employee, fiduciary, trustee, or agent of any of the Eloxx Companies (including, without limitation, one who serves at the request of any of the Eloxx Companies as a director, officer, employee, fiduciary, trustee or agent of any other Eloxx Company).

Corporate Status. The status of a person who is or was a director or officer of Corporation, or of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other entity that such person is or was serving at the request of Corporation, including all subsidiaries of Corporation and subsidiaries of each such subsidiary, except Luther Burbank Savings which has entered into a separate indemnification agreement with Indemnitee.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was a representative, director, manager, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the applicable Indemnitor or of any other Enterprise that such person is or was serving at the express written request of such Indemnitor.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person by reason of such person's past, present or future service as a director, officer, employee, fiduciary, trustee, or agent of any of the PQ Companies (including, without limitation, one who serves at the request of any of the PQ Companies as a director, officer, employee, fiduciary, trustee or agent of any other PQ Entity).
