Corporate Status

Corporate Status. Shall mean the status of a person who is or was a director or officer of, or performs other policy-making functions for, the Company, or is or was serving, or has agreed to serve, at the request of the Company or as a director, officer, partner, trustee, member, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, limited liability company or other enterprise.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of an individual who is or was an officer, director, employee or agent of the Company or any of the Company's Affiliates, or is or was serving at the request of the Company or any of its Affiliates as an officer, director, employee, agent or trustee of another corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was or has agreed to become a director of the Corporation, or is or was an officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the Corporation, any of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, or any other domestic or foreign corporation, partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that such person is or was serving at the request of the Corporation.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a Person who is, was or may be deemed to be a director, officer, limited liability company manager, partner, employee, controlling person, agent or fiduciary of any Covered Entity
