Determination Date

Determination Date. December 31st, immediately following the Grant Date.

Determination Date. Means the date on which the Committee certifies in writing the Company's Sales Growth Rate and Return on Equity for the Performance Period. The Company expects the Determination Date will occur prior to November 30, [Fiscal Year 3], but in all events such date shall occur during [Last Day of Calendar Year During Which Fiscal Year 3 Ends].

Determination Date. Shall mean the first business day following the second payday of each month.

Determination Date. The date on which the Committee determines whether a Performance Goal has been met with respect to Fiscal Year 2002.

Determination Date. Shall mean each day commencing on the eleventh Trading Day after the date hereof and ending on the Maturity Date, other than a Saturday or Sunday on which commercial banks in New York, New York are not required or permitted under applicable laws or regulations to close.

Determination Date. "Determination Date" shall mean the earlier of (i) the date of termination of Chewens's employment with the Bank or (ii) the first day of the month following Chewens's 65th birthday.
