Determination Date

Determination Date. The latest possible date that will permit a Target Award or Actual Award to be qualified as performance-based compensation under Section 162(m) of the Code

Determination Date. The date of termination or severance of the employment relationship between Employee and MetaBank

Determination Date. The date of termination of your employment with the Company for any reason whatsoever or any earlier date (during your employment) of an alleged breach of the Restrictive Covenants by you.
