Determination Date

Determination Date. The eighteen-month anniversary of the date of this Agreement and each eighteen-month anniversary thereafter

Determination Date. Means the date following the end of the Performance Period (and within two and one-half months following the end of the Performance Period) on which the Committee makes a final determination of whether and to what extent the Performance Goals set forth in the Award Goal Notices have been achieved for the entire Performance Period, as described in Section 3 hereof.

Determination Date. Means the Grant Date or such other date as of which the Fair Market Value of a Share is required to be established for purposes of the Plan.

Determination Date. Each of (1) the date on which such US Guarantor becomes obligated under Clause 31, (2) the date of the commencement of a case under the US Bankruptcy Code in which such US Guarantor is a debtor and (3) the date of enforcement of the liabilities of such US Guarantor under Clause 31

Determination Date. The date by which the Committee, pursuant to the definitions and calculations, shall determine the Average Annual Same Store Revenue Growth. Such date shall be March 31, 2023.

Determination Date. A date selected by the Administrator that falls after the end of the Performance Period and on or before March 15 of the year following the end of the Performance Period

Determination Date. Shall mean the date on which the Committee determines the number of Shares that have been earned with respect to the EPS Shares and the TSR Shares, which date shall occur not later than sixty (60) days after the close of the Performance Period.

Determination Date. The latest possible date established by the Administrator, in its discretion, for the calculation of a Performance Goal

Determination Date. With respect to determining compliance with a covenant of this Agreement (i) while the Executive remains employed pursuant to this Agreement, the date as of which compliance is being determined, and (ii) after the Executive's termination of employment, the date of Executive's termination of employment.

Determination Date. Each date on which the Total Shareholder Return Requirement is measured; the first Determination Date shall occur on the twelve month anniversary following the Grant Date, the subsequent three Determination Dates shall occur on each of the succeeding three twelve month anniversaries of the Grant Date
