Determination Date

Determination Date. While the Option remains outstanding, each date on which Blackstone has disposed of some or all of its holdings of common stock in the Company

Determination Date. The last Valuation Date preceding the DISTRIBUTION Date

Determination Date. The first payment date of the benefit under this Agreement

Determination Date. The date on which the Committee determines whether the Performance Condition (as defined below) has been satisfied

Determination Date. Means, with respect to each Performance Year, the date on which the Committee certifies whether the Performance Goals for such Performance Year have been achieved.

Determination Date. The date as soon as reasonably practicable following the third anniversary of the Grant Date, but in no event later than December 31, 2025, as determined by the Committee, on which the Committee determines whether the Performance Goal has been achieved; provided, however, that, in the event of a Change of Control in which the PRSUs are converted to Acquirer RSUs in accordance with Section 3(b)(i)(B) hereof, the Determination Date shall mean November 11, 2025.

Determination Date. (c) "Determination Date" means the date set forth in Appendix I hereto, or such other earlier date as may be determined by the Company, on which the Company determines whether the relevant Performance Goal with respect to the corresponding Performance Period has been achieved.
