Determination Date

Determination Date. "Determination Date" shall mean the earlier of (i) the date of termination of Forsythe's employment with the Bank or (ii) the first day of the month following Forsythe's 65th birthday.

Determination Date. The term "Determination Date" means the date on which Borrower provides Lender with a Loan Notice pursuant to Section 2.2 below.

Determination Date. Means (i) the last day of the second calendar year following the date of termination of Executive's employment, if the date of termination is on or prior to June 30, and (ii) the last day of the third calendar year following the date of termination of Executive's employment, if the date of termination is on or after July 1.

Determination Date. Shall mean the date on which the number of Good Subscribers is finally determined in accordance with Section 2(b) and Section 4.

Determination Date. Means the Executive's last day of active employment; provided, however, that in the event of a Change in Control Termination, the Determination Date shall be the date immediately preceding the date of the Change in Control if the Final Annual Salary would be greater as of that date.

Determination Date. Means, in the case of a dividend or other distribution, including the issuance of rights, options or warrants, to shareholders, the date fixed for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive such dividend or other distribution and, in the case of a tender offer, the last time that tenders could have been made pursuant to such tender offer.

Determination Date. Means the latest possible date that will not jeopardize a Target Award or Award's qualification as Performance-Based Compensation; the Determination Date will generally be not later than ninety (90) days after the commencement of a given Plan Year, while the achievement of a given Performance Goal is substantially uncertain.

Determination Date. Means the earlier of the date one week after the date on which the Company or the entity effecting the Change of Control first announces to the public the existence of a definitive agreement leading to the Change of Control or the date of commencement of a tender offer leading to the Change of Control.

Determination Date. Shall each be as specified in the Confirmation relating to such Transaction, if applicable.
